"The Principles of human liberty"

  These articles will address various topics from the standpoint of self-ownership. Ownership of self is a great responsibility that is to be cherished and guarded with jealous attention. Those who wish to subjugate and control always seek to disparage and disregard this responsibility just as overseers did in the past. This is done to foster dependence rather than independence.  As Frederick Douglass said, knowledge makes one unfit to be a slave. The inverse of his statement is also true.
